This 49 year-old woman is
5'8" tall and wears a size 6. She had 300 cc silicone
breast implants exchanged for saline and a breast lift elsewhere about
ten years prior to this surgery. Note high riding implants
typical of capsule formation. She recently noted deflation of
the left implant. Plastic surgery consisted of breast implant
exchange from 300cc to 450cc and revision of her previous breast lift.
